Since being alone at the helm June Swindell has taken salt.
in a new direction and this is very much in evidence at their
recent stand at Decorex 2008, which provided a perfect platform
for the relaunch of this exciting and innovative design company.
“We are very excited to be showing a range of beautiful
new work created specifically for Decorex 2008 along with interpretations
of classic salt. designs”, says June.
In keeping with their progressive approach to both design and
application, salt. have been experimenting
with an eclectic and innovative mix of yarns and materials,
concentrating on the natural properties and textures of linen
contrasted with the cool sophisticated qualities of metal, a
material for which salt. is already well known.
